Positive Thoughts, Positive Words

We have been focusing on the value of resilience this term. A great way we can become more resilient is to use positive thoughts and positive words everyday. It is really important for us to grow up being able to handle anything. We have been working more on this in how we have been thinking about ourselves and abilities.

We created affirmations we could say to ourselves whenever we are not feeling very confident. This will help stay resilient. As a class we came up with individual sayings that make us feel positive and happy when we say them.

These affirmations help motivate us and keep being resilient people.
