210 | Reading Strategies

This week the children in 210 have been focussing on monitoring and self-correcting when they read.  They have been using a checklist to record the different behaviours and strategies they use. The checklist has provided them with their own data to reflect on and think about what skills they use to create meaning as they read. From here the children have set their own reading goals and will continue to work towards achieving them.  Mrs Murphy
