Today children in 001 had a wonderful time playing the Maths game “Get Out Of My House!”
This involved children working with a partner and each would take turns rolling two dice. The player who rolls then has to add the two dice together and place a counter on that number. The next player takes their turn and adds the two dice together. If there is already an opponent’s counter on that number, they are then able to take it off and say “Get Out of My House!!”
The children loved this game and while it was fun (and very loud with laughter), they had the opportunity to practice additional skills while taking turns with their partner.
