Cranbourne Carlisle is accepting enrolments for 2017 from 1 May for children aged Foundation (prep) to Year 6.

School tours are conducted every second Tuesday from 9:30am commencing 19 April. Please email enquiries to cranbourne.carlisle.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au with ‘Tour’ in the subject field. Bookings are essential as tour group numbers are limited.

Although we are not zoned, we do have a neighbourhood area.  You can view the map here. Families are encouraged to approach their local school first before enroling with Cranbourne Carlisle.

Foundation (prep) children will require:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunisation History Statement (can be obtained from Medicare)
  • Contact details for Parents / Carers
  • Two emergency contacts
  • Medical information eg Asthma / allergies
  • Doctor’s name and contact
  • Medicare card
  • Visa documents if applicable

Years one to six also require the above information and must provide a copy of the most recent school report prior to enrolment.

Appointments can be made for enrolment between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday. We do not issue enrolment forms to take home. Please allow 30mins to complete the forms.

School fees are payable prior to the first day of school.

Reading is something we take for granted as adults.  Learning to read is one of the many challenges children face when beginning school.  Reading to them at home is an effective way for children to start learning letters and sounds.  Below is an interesting article on children and reading.
